Information about General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a new European privacy legislation, will come into effect.

What does that mean for me and my customers?

Privacy is important for me and my work.

I record personal data during an intake for a clinic, lesson or coaching on paper only to be able to see progression. This information is only accessible to me.
I regularly take photos during a clinic, lesson or coaching to give you an ‘anchor’ so you can better remember what you have experienced. I choose and use these photos only with your permission.
I do not ask for your Citizen Service Number.
– Personal data are the invoice. I am obliged to keep these for 7 years.
– When you are registered to receive articles or information about future activities, only your name, e-mail address and country are recorded. You can unsubscribe at any time.
– I store email traffic on the hard disk of my computer, so I can have meaningful communication with my clients.

If you have any questions or comments about this, please let me know.
